The oyster introduced today is the "Kareren" oyster, which won the first champion in the "Oyster Japan No. 1 Contest" held by the Japan Oyster Association in 2012.
We grow selected seeds and seedlings using a special process called single seeding.
Unlike regular Konagai oysters, Hana Ren grows into an oyster with a "golden" color.
Because of the time and effort required to cultivate these oysters, they are extremely valuable, but their rarity and flavor make them a unique delicacy!
It is plump and well-filled, with a very elegant taste.
It is not too salty, but sweet, delicious, creamy and prodigiously rich.
