Naohiko Noguchi, known as the "God of Sake Brewing," is one of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Noto Touji, the highest ranking sake brewer in Japan.
The concept of the Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute is to study the master craftsmanship of Mr. Noguchi in sake brewing and pass it on to the next generation.
This sake is made from rice grown by farmers near the brewery, with the same water source and the same air, and you can feel the terroir of the rice.
It has a gentle aroma reminiscent of oriental flowers, a silky smoothness with a milky richness, and a relaxed and deep flavor derived from aging.
The light, gentle sweetness spreads beautifully, and the integrated flavor has an exquisite sharpness with a clean aftertaste.
