⁡本日ご紹介する牡蠣は、2012年に「日本オイスター協会」が開催した「かき日本一決定戦」で、初代王者に輝いた「小長井牡蠣”華漣（かれん）”」です。
選び抜かれた種苗をシングルシードと言う特別な製法で育てあげています。⁡⁡
⁡華漣は、通常の小長井牡蠣とは違い「黄金色」を持つ牡蠣に育ちます。⁡
⁡育成に時間と労力がかかるので、非常に貴重な牡蠣ですが、その希少価値と味わいは他では味わえない逸品！⁡
⁡⁡ぷりっと見入りがよく、とても上品な味わい。⁡
⁡塩味が強すぎず、甘み、旨みとクリーミーで蕩けるようなコクが味わえます。⁡

⁡⁡The oyster introduced today is the “Kareren” oyster, which won the first champion in the ” Japan’s Best Oyster Competition” held by the Japan Oyster Association in 2012.
The oysters are grown by a special method called “single seeding.
Unlike regular Konagai oysters, the Karen oysters have a golden color.
Because it takes time and effort to grow, it is an extremely valuable oyster.
It has a wonderful shape and body, and its elegant taste is first class!
The meat is plump and thick, not too salty, and rich ! It has a creamy and mellow taste.
